I am available to speak at professional meetings of all kinds on topics related to ethical and professional responsibilities and ethical challenges in the workplace. I also provide customized ethics training for organizations looking to enhance its culture, and looking to develop ethical standards and reporting mechanisms. First, I meet with a representative of the organization to better understand the ethical dilemmas employees face and the ethics standards of the organization. I am available as a litigation consultant in legal actions when an ethics expert, such as myself, can add value by opining on ethics matters involved in a lawsuit. My extensive background and experiences in writing about and speaking on ethics issues gives me a unique view on how consideration of ethics can support legal positions taken.
